What are health savings and flexible spending accounts?
Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) are insurance programs that allow you to allocate money for healthcare expenses before taxes. If you aren't sure whether or not you have one of these programs in place, check with your insurance provider or employer.
Can I purchase Jovi with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes! Jovi Patch products (Original Jovi Patch, Jovi Band, Combo, and 3-Pack products) are now HSA/FSA eligible. Be sure to check the balance on your HSA/FSA account prior to processing payment to avoid any issues at checkout. Use your FSA/HSA card at meetjovi.com or call our customer support team at 833-462-5684 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MDT to process your payment.
Do HSA/FSA dollars expire?
Depending on your plan, your benefits may expire at the end of the year. In that case, you have until December 31 at 11:59pm EST to place an order with your FSA dollars. Check with your carrier for details on your plan!
How do I get a receipt for reimbursement?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. If you need another copy, you can access your order history through your account or by emailing support@meetjovi.com.
How do I process a return for an order placed using my HSA/FSA card?
We offer a 120-day money back guarantee if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with relief from Jovi. Before processing a return for orders placed using your FSA card, check with your insurance provider to make sure your funds will not be forfeited, as the funds must be used during a defined time period.
What about adhesives?
Adhesives are not HSA/FSA eligible for purchase directly on meetjovi.com – yet! For the time being, your order will need to be processed with an alternate payment method for adhesives and accessories.
