U.S. Returns
Return Window
Jovi strives to provide assistance as quickly as possible. Please review the guidelines below for returns inside the United States:
- Jovi Band & Jovi Circle: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
- Reya: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Partial returns are not accepted. If you purchased a multi-pack, all items from that order must be returned together.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through Jovi. Third-party purchases are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at support@meetjovi.com or call (833) 462-5684 to request a prepaid USPS return label.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Valid email address
If you are unable to print a prepaid label, you may return the item(s) at your own expense using a trackable shipping service.

If you ship the return yourself, please email Customer Service with the tracking number so we can confirm delivery if needed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds include the product purchase price and applicable taxes.
- Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
- Refunds cannot be processed until all items are received.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage is required to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges require the return of the original item and/or accessories.
To be eligible for an exchange, the original item(s) must be returned to Jovi and received and inspected prior to a replacement being issued.
Jovi does not offer advance replacements or exchanges without the return of the original item(s).
Product Condition Requirements
Unopened Packages
- Item(s) must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Do not cross out shipping information.
- Write “REFUSED” or “Return to Sender” on the shipping label.
- Hand the package back to your original mail carrier.
Opened Packages
To complete a return:
- Remove any used adhesives from the product(s) for sanitary reasons.
- Place the Jovi product(s) and any unused accessories in the original mailer, an envelope, or a small box.
- Attach the prepaid USPS return label and drop the package in an outgoing USPS receptacle.
- Keep your tracking number for reference.
Refunds are issued only if the product(s) are returned, whether used or unused.
Adhesive & Accessory Returns
Adhesive refills and accessories are refundable only if unused and in original packaging.
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for items with intentional damage, including cuts, heat damage, or alterations.
- All items from the order must be included in the return.
- Jovi is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
- Shipping costs are refundable only if the merchandise arrives damaged or defective.
If a package is refused or returned to sender, original shipping and insurance fees paid to third-party carriers will be deducted from the refund.
International Returns
Return Window
- Jovi Band & Jovi Circle: Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Reya: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
- Prepaid return labels are not available outside the U.S.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 7–10 business days after arrival at our U.S. warehouse for processing.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Additional Notes
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Jovi is not responsible for international returns lost or damaged in transit.
