"I have been ordering from Jovi for years. My girls and I use the long Jovi patch monthly with great results. My last order somehow never got to my house. Tracking just said lost in transit. I contacted Jovi customer service and they were very kind. Because I had shipping protection, they shipped my order out again that day. I received it within the normal 3-5 days. It’s been over a month and the original order never arrived, but thanks to their great customer service, we received the new order just in time when we needed them. Knock it out of the park - AGAIN!

"This is my 2nd jovi patch purchase, and I purchased replacement adhesives for my first patch as well. SO easy to replace the adhesives, and the 2nd patch provided the hard to believe relief I’ve come to love and rely on! Both of my kidneys aren’t fully functioning, with one only functioning at a 1/3, so not doing further stress or damage to either one is a huge priority, as I don’t have kidney disease, it was due to eclampsia while pregnant that damaged my kidneys, that one mentioned above lost 50% function from it. I also have endometriosis, so taking pain meds for that has always made me anxious. The price on these seems high, but I’m telling you they work. I’ve had my 1st patch since September 2022, and it’s STILL working. My 2nd one will eventually be sent to my sister in law for her to use with her own painful period pains. She’s also recently found out her kidneys have been struggling since she gave birth this past January, so I decided to gift her a patch as her concerns for the preservation of her body and health is now a focal point for her as well. Thank you for giving us an option that’s safe and healthy and provides us with the relief needed without comprising our health."
