Reviews
Unfortunately Did Not Work
"I unfortunately felt no relief or lessening of my period cramps even with a lot of adjustments to try to find the right spot. At one point, I had to remove it entirely because it seemed to be making them worse. I was really hoping they would at least help a little, but that was not the case."

Optimistic about this product
"Still havent used on my “worst days” but that will come soon. I can say the patch takes care of mild pain. Excited to try later this month. Warning, the adhesive is super strong and it doesn’t feel so great when you remove the patch. I will also say that I have needed to use a new adhesive each time so not sure why they aren’t lasting long enough for two or three wears. Definitely worth trying!!"

Circle Jovi patch for back pain, A++
"I recently purchased the Jovi patch to see if it could help alleviate some of my back pain from carrying around a 23 pound baby all day. I wore the round Jovi when my back was starting to hurt and gosh darn it, it sure helped! I felt great after a short period of time, no idea how this works but it worked for me. I gave my teen the rectangle patch for her to use for period cramps."

Jovi has helped my dog's pain & wonky back legs
"My 9 yr. old Min-Pin made a terrible mistake last Oct. by jumping from my 30" high bed. The floors in this senior complex are concrete with no padding and 1/8th inch carpet. She could not walk on her hind legs for 3 whole days. Took her to the vet. He said it was most likely herniated discs. Gave pain meds for 10 days. She was walking but very wobbly and now has incontinence to boot! I saw an interview with Mike Hammond that discussed his line of pain patches. One woman had used the Jovi on her arthritic dog with excellent results. I ordered and now within 2 weeks, my dog is walking much better. . . . less pain going down & up from lying down. I use an Ace bandage to keep it on her. Thinking about getting a Signal patch for my lower back pain. Thank you for helping my pooch."

Happy place
"We found out that jovi between the pain and spine usually works, but sometimes you have to move it around to find that happy place for relief. Just got the rectangle strips to fit better in areas the round ones don’t cover as well. They really work well."

Honestly trash
"As an adeno and endo warrior, I have tried so many solutions to try to relieve my back pain. I was excited for Jovi based on how easy and lightweight it looked, but I was dubious of the hype. I should have trusted my gut before spending a crazy amount of money on a useless product. I felt zero relief my first two times using the product. A few weeks later I decided to try again on a lower pain day, only to waste 3 adhesives trying to reapply. It’s impossible to get the old adhesive off, and impossible to layer new adhesive on top. Sigh, really wanted this idea to work. Back to heating pads for me."

Jovi experience
"It works mostly, however the adhesive is an issue…. it doesn’t last long, & the residue on the patch is so hard to remove. Not sure best way. It’s a sticky mess. 🤔"

Not what I expected!
"I have tried the Jovi patch several places on my back to help relieve my pain. I have not noticed any difference. I will continue to use it in hopes that it will begin relieving but as of yet it has not."
— Elizabeth T. (1/5)
Soothing warmth
"The mild warmth is soothing and has been nice relief for hurting muscles, especially helpful for extended relief overnight and when I don’t want to smell of pain cream. The relief helped me to go and enjoy dance class instead of skipping it, and not come home in more pain. I’m pleased so far after only a few uses."

Unbelievable
"It is hard to imagine that this little strip can take pain away. I put them on my hips at night but it wasn’t really doing the job I wanted. I have neuropathy in my legs and feet. It did help but not always. So I decided to put them on my feet in my socks. What a difference it made for my restless legs and sore feet. I will be undergoing a double lumpectomy next week and will use one to hopefully help with that pain. I would like to have more some day. Until then I’m happy with what I have."

Q&A
Getting Started
How to use the Jovi Patch
Finding relief with the Jovi patch is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF YOUR PAIN. Find the source of the pain. (Hint: it might not be where you think it is!) Placement of the patch is the most important step in finding relief. Move the patch slowly, 1" at a time, until you feel the magic kick in.
2. PLACE THE PATCH. Once you have located the problem spot(s), secure the patch in place over the area using an included gel adhesive or by simply tucking the patch inside a close-fitting article of clothing. The closer to your body, the better!
3. POWER THROUGH YOUR DAY. Thrive through every day of your menstrual cycle without cramps holding you back! The Jovi patch can be used as often as you need for as long as you need it! One patch is guaranteed to last at least one year, even with daily use.
Placement Pro Tips
Relief for period cramps... Let’s lessen the burden of period cramps, shall we? Some women find relief by placing the patch on their abdomen, near the uterus. Others have more success with relief when Jovi is placed on the lower back. We recommend starting with the patch over the uterus and slowly moving it around the body towards your back until you find the correct placement.
Relief for backaches... Back aches can radiate significantly throughout the body. In other words, your pain might not be coming from exactly where you think it is! To find the source, place Jovi about an inch above where you feel the most severe discomfort. Give the patch 2-3 minutes to start working and slowly move it around the area, an inch at a time, until you start feeling relief.
How to use
Placing the adhesive
The included adhesives allow for a super snug fit for your Jovi patch. To apply the adhesive, simply peel back the paper covering on the adhesive and align it on the patch. Once one side of the adhesive is stuck on the patch, peel off the clear protective covering on the other side, exposing the adhesive. This is the side you will place on your body! Pro tip: Keep the clear protective covering to place back on your patch when not in use.
How to use
Removing the adhesive
Removing the adhesive from your Jovi patch is a breeze. Start by gently peeling back one corner of the adhesive from the patch. Slowly peel off the adhesive, ensuring not to damage the patch. If the adhesive seems stubborn, you can use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to help loosen it.
Once the adhesive is completely removed, it's time to clean the patch. Use a mild soap and warm water to gently wash the patch, making sure to remove any residue left behind by the adhesive. You can also use a soft cloth to wipe down the patch and ensure it's completely clean.
After cleaning, allow the patch to air dry completely before reapplying any new adhesive. Once dry, you can follow the same steps for applying the adhesive as before.
