Jovi. Affiliate Program Agreement

These are the terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.

• Applying for our Program

  You are applying for our Affiliate Program right now. We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions.

• Affiliate Commissions

  Your affiliate dashboard is unique to you. It contains everything you'll need to promote our site and our product, including:
  • Your affiliate link,
  • One-click sharing to social media,
  • Banner ads,
  • And more sharing resources.

  You can also access your affiliate dashboard by downloading the Affiliate Dashboard by LeadDyno app to your iPhone or Android smartphone.

  As you send traffic to our website via your affiliate link, you will receive credit for each unique visitor, opt-in (email address), and purchase you send our way. Your progress for each category of referral will be reflected in real-time on your affiliate dashboard.

  Each link provided by Sample has an Affiliate ID attached. We can't track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your affiliate link. Our social sharing shortcuts have your affiliate link embedded in their posts.

  When a prospect visits our site from your affiliate link, we will be able to register their purchase (if/when they make one), and credit the sale to you.

  If a user forgets to use your code, email affiliate@meetjovi.com with your email address used to access the Affiliate Dashboard along with the customer's full name, order number, and order date. Notification must be sent and received within seven (7) business days of the original purchase to receive credit for the sale.

  As your referrals generate sales, you will earn affiliate commissions. Please contact our affiliate manager for the most up-to-date commission percentages.

  Please note that you will not earn commission if you use your own affiliate link/code. 

  If a purchase is made using your affiliate link/code and is later returned (after the initial commission has been paid to you), the commission for the returned patch will be deducted from your next commission month.

  Payment will be issued via PayPal once monthly, 30 days after the end of the sale month. (For example, if a sale is made on April 3, the affiliate will receive payment the first Friday after June 1.) Provide and update your payment information in the Affiliate dashboard.

• SEM and Paid Advertising

  Search Engine Marketing (SEM). We already run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns; therefore, we do not allow our affiliates to run SEM campaigns or paid advertising (PPC) for our products and services on any major social platforms including but not limited to, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.

  Running ads without prior written consent can result in immediate termination of your account and automatic surrendering of all unpaid commissions.

• Disclosures

  The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has endorsement rules in place for affiliate marketing. In short, they want you to disclose that you have a business relationship with us when you promote and post your link. You can read the full FTC rules about affiliate marketing here. When posting or sharing your link, you should make it known to your readers and followers that you will receive compensation if they buy a product via your link. This declaration should be clear and conspicuous (and reiterated as needed). Again, you can read the FTC rules (and their quick FAQ) here.

• Federal Regulatory Matters

  The Affiliate Product Representative shall not: (a) use any written marketing or sales materials (the “Materials”) relating to Company Product(s) unless they are precise duplications of Materials then in use by Company, or are Materials specifically agreed by the Company in writing; (b) make any oral statements unless they are precise statements from Materials then in use by the Company, or specifically agreed as Materials by the Company in writing. It is fully acknowledged by the Affiliate Product Representative that he/she/it has no authority or consent by the Company whatsoever to make statements, either written or oral, that are not contained in the Company Materials or specifically agreed by the Company in Writing. It is also acknowledged by the Affiliate Product Representative that the US Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) and the US Food & Drug Administration (“FDA”), as well as other applicable government agencies, have promulgated specific regulations and guidelines regarding products being sold to consumers in the US marketplace, that Company and the Affiliate Product Representative must comply with those regulations and guidelines, and that Company is subject to financial and other penalties for any violations. Should the Affiliate Representative make written and/or oral statements that are not contained in Company Materials and/or are not specifically approved by Company in writing, and the Company is fined or suffers other penalties imposed by the FTC, FDA or other US government agencies, the Affiliate Product Representative will fully indemnify the Company and save and hold the Company harmless, including payment of commercially reasonable expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by the Company.

• Terminations

  Jovi can end this relationship at anytime, and so can you. This affiliate agreement has been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between us. Hopefully we have demonstrated our obligations for you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate.
